Club member's passing

I'm very sad to share that our club member, Mark Vaszary, has passed away from a sudden illness. He will be missed. His funeral is at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Saturday, August 8th. The viewing is 11:00am - 12:00pm, service is 12:00pm - 1:00pm.

FSD fixed?

Are you having trouble with Tesla FSD not following the mapped route? Our club member Dustin K. says turn off Online routing. FSD works perfectly for him after doing that. The setting is in Navigation.

UPDATE: I have, on a very short trip, confirmed that this setting fixes all my FSD issues so far. The car no longer departs from the mapped route. Muy bueno.

UPDATE: Club member Dan R. states that his 2026 Model S has this setting turned ON and his FSD works fine.

We'll be North once a month...

Today's weekly lunch was at the Park Meadows Mall Food Court and we had a record turnout. After asking many of our club members, we have decided to have a club lunch at the Park Meadows Mall Food Court once a month (except December) to better serve our northern folks. I have changed the Events page listing of lunch locations and have updated our club's Google calendar. 

If there is a month in 2026 that we already were going to go to the Park Meadows Mall Food Court, I didn't change it. Only months where we weren't scheduled to attend were updated (see below).

For those curious, the changed dates we will be at the Park Meadows Mall Food Court are: Feb. 20 (it was Noodles), April 17 (was Thai Mint), June 12 (was Noodles), Aug 21 (was Panera Bread) and Oct. 30 (was Dion's Pizza).
